1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Artful Moments website and your booking of any public workshop, private event, or gift card purchase (collectively, "Services"). By booking a Service or using this website, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Bookings & Payment
All bookings must be paid in full at the time of reservation unless otherwise agreed in writing. Prices are listed in Canadian dollars and are subject to applicable taxes. We reserve the right to adjust pricing for future bookings at any time; confirmed bookings are honoured at the price paid.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellation, rescheduling, and refund terms are set out in full on our Refund & Cancellation Policy page, which forms part of these Terms.
4. Workshop Participation
Guests must be the recommended minimum age for a given workshop (see individual workshop details) or accompanied by an adult. All participants are required to review and accept our Workshop Waiver Agreement prior to attending.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to any guest who is disruptive, intoxicated, or behaves in a way that endangers themselves or others.
- Materials, finished pieces, and instructional content remain the property of the guest, except where used by Artful Moments for promotional purposes with consent.
5. Private Events
Private event bookings are confirmed via a separate quote and deposit, and may be subject to additional terms specific to venue, travel distance, and group size, communicated at the time of booking.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and images — is the property of Artful Moments and may not be reproduced without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
Artful Moments is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Ontario or Canadian law.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
