1. Acknowledgement of Risk
Participation in an Artful Moments workshop or private event involves the use of art materials, tools (such as palette knives), and, for certain workshops, food products. By attending, you acknowledge that minor risks exist — including but not limited to minor cuts, staining, or allergic reactions — and you voluntarily assume these risks.
2. Health & Allergies
You are responsible for informing us of any allergies (including food allergies for cake or cupcake-based workshops) or medical conditions relevant to your participation, ideally at the time of booking or at least 48 hours before your session.
3. Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release Artful Moments, its instructors, and venue partners from liability for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your voluntary participation, except where caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
4. Photography & Media Consent
Artful Moments may take photos or video during public workshops for promotional use on our website and social media. If you'd prefer not to be photographed, please let your instructor know at the start of the session.
5. Minors
A parent or legal guardian must review and accept this waiver on behalf of any participant under the age of 18.
6. Acceptance
By checking the waiver box at checkout or signing this agreement in person, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Workshop Waiver Agreement.
